Boxing Hall of Famer George Foreman says two women are going after his millions through false claims of sexual abuse.

According to TMZ Sports, a lawsuit alleging Foreman sexually abused multiple women in the 1970s is expected to be filed in a Los Angeles court later this week.

The two women reportedly filing the suit are linked to Foreman through their fathers who allegedly had friendships and business relationships with the boxing legend decades ago.

On Wednesday (July 13), Foreman refuted the allegations and said the women were attempting to extort him of millions.

"Over the past six months, two women have been trying to extort millions of dollars each from me and my family," Foreman said in a statement. "They are falsely claiming that I sexually abused them over 45 years ago in the 1970s."

"I adamantly and categorically deny these allegations. The pride I take in my reputation means as much to me as my sports accomplishments, and I will not be intimidated by baseless threats and lies," he added.

Per TMZ, Foreman believes the accusations made in the suit are a part of a "coordinated extortion plot," in which the women have been seeking $12.5 million each since January.

"I am, and always will be, guided by my faith and trust in God," Foreman said. "I will work with my lawyers to fully and truthfully expose my accusers' scheme and defend myself in court. I don't pick fights, but I don't run away from them either."
